We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was authentically friendly and helpful, paying close attention to us and even remembering details from our previous conversations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spacious and well-finished rooms. The hotel facilities included a sauna, a ski and boot drying room, and a lift to all levels. The location was perfect, being really close to the ski arena, and they even offered a convenient transfer service. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff spoke good German, English, and Italian.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, they made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, definitely up to restaurant standards. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, and we loved the really big bed! We were so happy to find a sauna and ski/boot drying room on site, and the location was perfect, just a stone’s throw from the ski arena and with a great transfer service.
The Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach our room, and we had to stay by the door to use it. , the small duvets for the double bed were not very comfortable.

They were really friendly, helpful, and paid attention to the guests. . the food was delicious and beautifully presented, just like in a good restaurant. the rooms were spacious and well, maintained. the cleanliness of the entire place was outstanding. the hotel offered great amenities such as a sauna, a ski/boots drier room, and a lift to all levels. the bed in the room was really big and comfortable. the location was perfect, being very close to the ski arena. the hotel even provided a convenient transfer service. the staff spoke fluent German, English, and Italian, making communication easy.
The Wi, Fi in the room was a major letdown. It barely worked and I had to stand by the door to get a signal.

They even remembered details from a phone call two weeks prior. the food at the hotel is not only delicious but also visually appealing. the rooms are spacious, well-finished, and exceptionally clean. the hotel also offers convenient facilities such as a sauna, ski/boots drier room, and a lift to all levels. the hotel is located close to the ski arena and even provides a transfer service.
The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is weak and requires guests to stand near the door for a better connection.
